About the Role
We are seeking an OSI PI / AVEVA PI Engineer to join our team within the Oil and Gas industry. This role is pivotal in integrating real-time asset data and leveraging advanced analytics to optimize plant operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data integration strategies, manage digital asset frameworks, and utilize the AVEVA PI System to drive performance monitoring, asset intelligence, and process improvements.
In this position, you will ensure seamless data flow between control systems, develop actionable insights through dashboards and reports, and support both capital projects and ongoing system administration. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial control systems, data integration, and asset management to enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of experience in technical or operational role within oil and gas industry
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years' experience working with PLC, SCADA, or similar automation systems
- verifiedExperience with data historians such as AVEVA PI
- verifiedProficiency in SQL and scripting languages
- verifiedUnderstanding of IT and OT systems integration including OPC, MQTT, and RESTful APIs
Nice to Have
Master's degree or equivalent experience.
