About the Team

Kaiser Permanente and The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) are leading the future of health care with a mission to provide high-quality, affordable care to our members. In Sacramento, CA, we are a collegial, well-established group of 12 orthopedic surgeons, including three hand specialists. Our infrastructure is robust, supported by eight physician assistants, two non-operative surgeons, patient care coordinators, and schedulers. We are a physician-led organization where we develop our own leaders and focus on outstanding patient care without the burden of managing overhead or billing.

About the Role

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to join our team in Sacramento. This role focuses on sports medicine, hip arthroscopy, cold trauma, routine fractures, and general orthopedics. The position offers a shared call schedule (approximately 1:12) for community-level trauma. You will utilize an AI-based charting system and an outstanding electronic medical record that allows for flexibility in patient management. The practice is designed for work-life balance, featuring flexible schedules and unmatched support, with no RVUs required.
