Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our well-established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA. We are a physician-led, professionally managed practice dedicated to providing the highest standard of health care. Our environment is collegial and supportive, offering a single hospital and clinic site to eliminate commuting between facilities.

About the Role

You will partner closely with an experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to deliver comprehensive care. While prior experience is helpful, we prioritize attitude and cultural fit above all else. This role offers a unique blend of outpatient clinic and operating room responsibilities, typically split between two days in the OR and two days in the clinic, though schedules may vary.

Your day-to-day will involve conducting consultations, managing follow-ups, performing procedures, and ordering and interpreting diagnostics. We offer a 4-day, 10-hour workday schedule designed to provide an excellent work-life balance. Whether you are a new graduate or an experienced professional, we are willing to train and support your growth in both clinic and OR settings.
