Founded to fulfill a vision of orthopedic excellence encompassing the entire spectrum of orthopedic and musculoskeletal sciences, The CORE Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, delivers the highest level of musculoskeletal healthcare. Our mission is built upon a foundation of pioneering research, academics, community service, and a passion for excellence in patient care and outcomes.
We are currently seeking Fellows for the 2026-2027 academic year across three distinct programs: Hip and Knee Reconstruction, Interventional Spine/Pain Medicine, and Spine Surgery. These 12-month fellowships offer intensive, high-volume training environments where fellows work alongside highly experienced faculty who have completed their own fellowships.
The Hip and Knee Reconstruction Fellowship provides extensive training in adult reconstruction, including robotics and complex revision cases. The Interventional Spine/Pain Medicine Fellowship focuses on non-operative spine care, offering proficiency in a wide array of interventional procedures and research opportunities leading to board certification eligibility. The Spine Fellowship covers the full spectrum of spinal disorder management, from non-surgical workups to cutting-edge minimally invasive and open surgeries, supported by access to biomechanical and motion analysis laboratories.
To apply, candidates must submit a CV, a personal statement, and three letters of recommendation. Applicants must have completed or be currently participating in an Orthopedic Surgery Residency in the United States or Canada.
