About the Role

We are actively seeking an Orthodontist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. In this role, you will take care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. You will join morning huddles to plan your day, run team meetings, and highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement.

This position is ideal for someone who loves working with kids, as they make up 70% or more of our patient base. You will work alongside a dedicated team that believes in teamwork and truly cares about their patients, supporting a diverse patient population primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
