About the Role

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team and support our mission to provide excellent dental care. This role is designed for a professional who loves working with children (who make up 70% or more of our patient base) and adults, and who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. Your day will involve joining morning huddles to plan your schedule, highlighting great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and letting your team know how much you appreciate them. You will work alongside a dedicated support team, including a hygienist, a hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, ensuring a smooth flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.

Location and Travel

This position is located in New Britain, CT, but involves traveling to support our offices within a specific geographic area. You will be expected to cover the following locations:

• Bridgeport, CT
• Hartford, CT
• New Britain, CT
• New Haven, CT
• Waterbury, CT
• Springfield, MA

Traveling to these offices is fully supported, with all expenses paid, including hotel, mileage, and meals where applicable. This opportunity allows you to earn additional income while making an impact across multiple communities.
