About the Role

We are actively seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. This role is designed for a professional who loves working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and who thrives in a collaborative team setting.

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients while supporting your team in promoting a positive image of the company. Your day will involve participating in morning huddles to plan your schedule, highlighting examples of customer focus and collaboration, and ensuring your team feels appreciated. You will work in a practice equipped with DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces, serving a patient base primarily aged 3–21, with up to 30% adult patients depending on the location.

Location and Travel

This position is located in New Britain, CT, but requires travel to support our mission across a specific geographic area. You will be expected to cover the following locations:

• 1888 Main St, Hartford, CT
• 105 Myrtle St, New Britain, CT
• 531 Elm St, New Haven, CT
• 738 Wolcott St, Waterbury, CT
• 1070 St James Ave, Springfield, MA

Traveling to these offices is fully supported, with all expenses paid, including hotel, mileage, and meals where applicable.
