About the Role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. In this role, you will partner with a dedicated support team to provide excellent dental care. Our practice is designed to foster collaboration, featuring a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider.

You will be the face of our mission, taking care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. The day-to-day involves joining morning huddles to plan your day, highlight customer focus and collaboration, and even leading these sessions to appreciate your team. A significant part of your impact will be working with our patient base, which is primarily children (ages 3-21) making up 70% or more of our patients, alongside a diverse adult population.
