About the Role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. In this role, you will take care of your community while participating in activities that promote a positive image of the company. You will join a team that believes in teamwork and truly cares about their patients.

The day-to-day involves participating in morning huddles to plan your day, highlight great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and let your team know how much you appreciate them. You will work in a supportive environment with a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. The patient base is primarily ages 3–21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location, and you will handle an average of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily.

This opportunity provides significant growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. We love working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and we are looking for someone with compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
