About the Role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. This role is designed for someone who loves working with kids, who make up 70% or more of our patient base, and who thrives in a collaborative culture.

You will be part of a team that believes in teamwork and truly cares about their patients. Your day will involve taking care of your community while participating in activities to promote a positive image of the company. You will join morning huddles to plan your day, highlight great examples of customer focus and collaboration, and even have the opportunity to run a huddle yourself. The practice environment is supportive, featuring a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent care.
