About the Role
As a Selector Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers can "Make It." Your day will involve safely and accurately selecting customer orders, building and wrapping pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy, and validating that the correct products are selected and damage-free. You will operate electric pallet jacks to move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software, efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area, and shrink wrap palletized orders. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return equipment to the charging area.
This role requires working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees. You will be expected to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving over 1,000 cases of product during each shift. The schedule typically runs Sunday through Thursday with a 6:00 p.m. start time, featuring 10-12 hour shifts and an average of 45-50 hours per week.
