This Distribution Associate role, based in Denton, Texas, is designed for individuals ready to take ownership of the distribution process and make a direct impact. Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, you will manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly. This dynamic position offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment, solve logistical challenges, and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier welding solutions to industries worldwide.
This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to operate forklift equipment at heights of up to 30 feet and apply required forces repetitively. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a strong work record regarding attendance and productivity, and the capability to work required overtime.
