As an Order Management Analyst, you will serve as the central hub for coordinating end-to-end order flow, ensuring the timely movement of shipments from the distribution center to both internal and external customers. You will act as a key point of contact for order management processes, guiding orders from receipt through invoicing while ensuring all milestones are met within strict service levels.
Your day-to-day involves overseeing service level compliance and collaborating with regional business and supply planning teams to resolve order issues and enhance visibility. You will identify operational efficiency opportunities, utilizing Excel to analyze order errors, determine root causes, and implement standard procedures that improve fulfillment outcomes. Proactive communication is essential; you will provide status updates to leadership and escalate potential deadline risks before they occur.
