About the Role
This position serves as a critical support function within the HQ Returns and Inventory Reconciliation Team, focusing on Reverse Supply Chain operations. The role exists to investigate and resolve complex inventory issues, ensuring negative customer impacts are prevented and inventory control is maintained. You will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and third-party logistics vendors, collaborating to ensure smooth operational workflows.
The day-to-day rhythm involves meeting strict daily service level commitments with a heavy emphasis on accuracy. You will establish and manage daily and weekly reporting on production and service levels, analyzing key performance indicators such as downstream impacts and customer outcomes. A core part of the role requires acquiring a working knowledge of the entire process flow, from order creation and data movement through various applications to the final receipt and disposition of products in reverse supply chain facilities.
Work Environment & Expectations
This is a worksite-based role located in Fort Worth, Texas, requiring attendance in the office five days a week. The position demands flexibility to handle repetitive tasks and adapt to changing needs, including a willingness to work mandatory overtime and weekends as necessary to meet business demands.
