We are a growing, fast-paced organization within the property insurance services industry, seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our operations team. This foundational role is critical to our workflow, ensuring the accurate intake and processing of materials submitted for laboratory analysis.
You will thrive in a structured, high-volume environment where precision and speed are paramount. Your day-to-day involves receiving and logging incoming property samples—such as flooring, roofing, and siding—into a proprietary database from both physical and digital submissions. You will review incoming orders for completeness, following up with customers or adjusters to resolve discrepancies, and monitor order status to support timely processing against strict 24–48 hour turnaround standards. Success in this position requires a process-driven mindset, the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadline pressure, and a genuine pride in accuracy.
