About the Role
We are seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our dental team on a PRN (moonlighting) basis. This opportunity is designed to complement your existing practice or hospital schedule rather than replace it. It offers a meaningful way to extend your impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position.
In this supportive environment, you will partner with dedicated dental assistants and office teams to deliver efficient, safe, and patient-centered care. You will have access to modern tools, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and comprehensive training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive daily compensation structure ranging from $1,200 to $5,000, calculated as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling (1-2 days per month), no lab fees, company-paid malpractice insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
