About the Role
We are seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our dental team on a PRN (moonlighting) basis. This opportunity is designed to complement your existing practice or hospital schedule rather than replace it. It offers a meaningful way to extend your clinical impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position.
In this supportive environment, you will perform third molar extractions (including impacted cases) and deliver surgical care efficiently and safely. You will partner with dedicated dental assistants and office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care, utilizing our DentaPro software and digital imaging units.
Compensation & Benefits
Providers can expect daily compensation ranging from $1,200 to $5,000, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling (1-2 days per month), no lab fees, company-paid malpractice insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
