About the Role

We are seeking an Oral Surgeon to join our dental team on a PRN (moonlighting) basis. This opportunity is designed specifically to complement your existing practice or hospital schedule rather than replace it. It offers a meaningful way to extend your clinical impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position.

In this supportive environment, you will perform third molar extractions, including impacted cases, and deliver surgical and complex extractions across the dentition. You will partner with dedicated dental assistants and office teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care. Our facilities are equipped with DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and staff who receive yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a flexible compensation structure tailored to your needs, providing daily pay ranging from $1,200 to $5,000. This is structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. Additional benefits include company-paid malpractice insurance, a 401(k) plan, and no lab fees. Scheduling is flexible, allowing you to work 1-2 days per month coordinated around your current commitments.
