As part of US Oral Surgery Management (USOSM)—the nation's foremost OMS Management Services Organization—the practice is ready to grow in a new direction. USOSM partners with oral surgeons in private practice to provide unwavering operational and administrative support, allowing surgeons to channel their energy into clinical innovation and delivering top-tier patient care.
The practice is moving into its next chapter, expanding its services to serve the patients of eastern Louisiana. Over 200 premier OMS nationwide have chosen to align their careers with USOSM, benefiting from distinctive business and marketing expertise while maintaining complete clinical autonomy.
About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) oral surgeon to join the team as a partner in this growth phase. This role offers the unique opportunity to build your case mix to your specific interests while practicing in an established environment that handles procedures such as general tooth extractions, dental implant placement, wisdom teeth removal, facial trauma, oral pathology, and orthognathic surgery.
In this position, you will enjoy complete autonomy to practice the way you want, supported by a premier network of OMS leaders focused on promoting and enhancing clinical excellence. The practice provides mentorship and guidance, ensuring you have the operational and administrative support needed for unparalleled work/life balance.
