The HR IT Applications Manager serves as a strategic subject matter expert and business partner to HR, Operations, and IT leadership. In this capacity, you will provide the leadership and oversight necessary to ensure our HR and workforce management technology platforms effectively support organizational objectives. Your focus will be on driving reliable operations, continuous improvement, and strong governance across our technology landscape.
You will act as the primary consultant for HR and workforce technology, advising leadership on system capabilities and enhancements. This role is critical in bridging the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that our tools empower our people and operations.
Operating within the Manufacturing & Production industry, this position sits at the intersection of HR and IT. You will lead a team of IT application staff, mentoring them while managing relationships with vendors and service providers. The role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with internal stakeholders to optimize the adoption of the Oracle Redwood user experience and ensure seamless integration between Oracle HCM, Kronos, Payroll, and downstream systems.
This position is based in Millsboro, Delaware, with a hybrid work model consisting of 75% remote work and a requirement to be on-site one week per month.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and relevant experience in managing technology teams and people management are encouraged to apply. Please note that specific certifications in Oracle HCM (Core HR, Benefits, Recruitment, Learn, Payroll) and hands-on experience with Kronos (UKG) are highly valued for this role.
