About the Role

As a Tractor-Trailer Driver, you will safely and efficiently transport non-hazardous waste to multiple landfills in a timely and professional manner. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring that waste management services are delivered reliably while adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to expand their skillset by learning heavy equipment operations, such as excavators and loaders.

You will operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) along assigned routes, maneuvering into loading and unloading areas while maintaining strict safety standards. Your day will involve assisting with the loading and unloading of products using specialized equipment, maintaining accurate documentation like invoices and bills of lading, and performing pre- and post-trip inspections. This is a full-time position based in Byron Center, MI, where most drivers enjoy daily routes and return home nightly, though overtime, occasional weekends, and rotating on-call duties are required as needed.
