Local Tractor Trailer Driver

About the Role

As a Tractor Trailer Driver, you will be the backbone of our waste management operations, operating tractor-trailer trucks on assigned routes to service customers safely and efficiently. Your mission is to collect solid waste and recyclables, transporting them to landfills, Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), or transfer stations. This role is critical to maintaining community cleanliness and ensuring the smooth flow of our recycling infrastructure.

You will spend the majority of your day behind the wheel, maneuvering heavy equipment through various traffic conditions and tight clearance spaces. The job requires a high degree of focus, as you will be constantly monitoring vehicle performance, securing loads, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Beyond driving, you serve as a representative of the company, interacting with the public and customers with a professional demeanor while ensuring route quality standards are met.
