Roll Off Dump Trailer Driver

About the Role

The Roll Off Dump Trailer Driver is responsible for operating tractor-trailer trucks on assigned routes to service customers safely and efficiently. This role is critical to the waste management workflow, ensuring the collection of solid waste and recyclables is transported to landfills, Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs), or transfer stations. Drivers serve as the face of the company, maintaining professional interactions with the public and customers while adhering to strict safety and operational standards.

Working Environment

This position is primarily an outdoor role, conducted 100% of the time in various weather conditions, including rain, storms, and extreme temperatures. Drivers operate in loud environments with exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, and airborne particles. The job requires constant navigation through motor vehicle traffic and maneuvering large vehicles in tight, high-traffic areas.
