About the Role
As a Road Supervisor in our Operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and efficiency of our revenue routes. You will work independently or as part of a team to enforce all company, NYCT, and NYS DMV rules and regulations. Your day will involve planning monthly performance observations, investigating accidents and incidents, and providing immediate assistance during road calls.
You will be responsible for managing Quality Control employees to ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and parked for scheduled pull-outs. Additionally, you will oversee dispatcher duties to guarantee that all passengers are transported safely and on time. When drivers deviate from their routes or fail to perform, you will take the necessary steps to remove them from service and manage disciplinary actions. You will also handle scheduling, including daily driver work schedules and holiday rosters for office staff, while maintaining critical logs and reports such as the NDT Report, fuel logs, and driver incentive logs.
