About the Role

Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? As a CDL Class C Yard Truck Driver, you will join a team of professionals committed to delivering products safely and on time. You will be representing Penske and your clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms. This role is more than just driving; it is about incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts.

You will operate late-model Penske Truck Leasing Day Cabs, Yard Tractors, 53' dry van trailers, stand-up clamp trucks, and electric or manual pallet jacks. Equipped with inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras, you will ensure safety for all while moving trailers in and out of docks, coupling and uncoupling units, and chocking trailers for loading and unloading. Your day will also involve warehouse duties such as staging and sorting products, loading and unloading trailers, stacking boxes and pallets, and packaging finished products for shipping.
