About the Role

Ready to put your truck-driving career in high gear? As a Full-time Class A Yard Driver, you will join a team of professional drivers committed to delivering products safely and on time. You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks, featuring best-in-class specs designed for comfort.

Your day-to-day involves moving trailers in and out of the dock as directed, coupling and uncoupling trailers, and chocking them for loading and unloading. You will also check tires and fuel throughout the day. Flexibility is key, as you may need to leave the yard to support local deliveries and recoveries.

When you drive for Penske, you are representing both the company and your clients. You will likely be driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms, providing incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. Beyond the daily tasks, you will be part of a stable, nationwide company known for great equipment, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record.
