Beep is transforming the way communities move, pioneering the future of autonomous mobility. In partnership with Atlanta Beltline Inc. (ABI), we are launching a new deployment in Atlanta designed to provide safe, reliable, and innovative transportation services to the public. This initiative represents a significant step forward in smart city infrastructure and sustainable transit.
The Operations Supervisor serves as a key leader at the forefront of this autonomous mobility launch. This role is designed to ensure the smooth execution of Beep's autonomous shuttle operations in Atlanta, combining hands-on operational oversight with strategic workforce management. You will support the Site Manager in leading a dynamic team, driving performance excellence, and upholding Beep's unwavering commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
In this position, you will be the human touch behind autonomous innovation. You will coordinate across operational functions including vehicle operation, maintenance, safety, and client success, ensuring that vehicles, infrastructure, and systems are always ready for service. The role requires a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about shaping the future of transportation.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong grasp of safety regulations and the ability to manage field teams in fluid environments. The selection process focuses on identifying leaders who can maintain operational discipline while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
