This position serves as a vital administrative hub within our operations, ensuring the seamless flow of job setup, invoicing, and costing processes. You will be the point of contact for maintaining accurate tax coding, managing material and purchase orders, and overseeing invoice approval workflows. Beyond data management, you will provide cross-functional support across multiple company entities, assist with inbound customer calls, and manage physical documentation by organizing job folders.
You will also contribute to special projects, review contracts, prepare proposals, and support internal processes as needed. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where organizational skills and a working knowledge of construction processes are essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.
