About the Role

The Operations Manager serves as the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff, leading the Service team to create a fun atmosphere and be great hosts. Reporting to the District Operations Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing the Service team and managing day-to-day tasks to ensure Operational Excellence throughout the gym. Beyond greeting and directing members and guests, you will serve as a representative of the gym's commitment to exceptional service. You will remain flexible and adaptive to the evolving needs of the gym, partnering with sales, fitness, facilities, and marketing teams to improve overall performance and uphold brand standards.
