About the Role
Camping World is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our growing Service Department team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our installation and repair operations, ensuring that every customer receives "cradle to grave" service. You will supervise daily activities, manage shop personnel, and drive quality and efficiency in product installations and repairs. This position exists to maximize installation sales and service fees while maintaining a safe, productive, and customer-focused environment.
Your day will involve balancing technical oversight with people management. You will train employees on new products and safety procedures, review work schedules and labor control reports, and track monthly departmental results. Beyond the shop floor, you may answer phones, assist customers directly, and collaborate with the Service Manager on budget reviews. Whether you are analyzing productivity data or facilitating successful outcomes for complex service issues, your goal is to ensure our standards are met and our customers are satisfied.

Requirements
- verifiedValid Driver's License Required
