About the Role
This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will complete preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility with limited direction. You will leverage your knowledge to operate standard maintenance tools, including power tools, electric tools, and precision maintenance technology.
A typical day involves modifying electrical or mechanical schematics, blueprints, and operation manuals, and documenting completed work using maintenance computer software. You will interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations. Additionally, you will operate forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts to deliver materials to the correct locations, all while adhering to strict safety policies and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Requirements
- verifiedEligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- verifiedMust be 18 years or older
- verifiedAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
- verifiedBasic computer skills
- verifiedExperience in 1 or 2 maintenance trades (electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox, bearing, lubrication, pumps, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
- verifiedTrade school certification or degree in maintenance field or relevant military experience
Nice to Have
Experience performing maintenance trades such as rigging systems, bearings, and lubrication. Experience with safe work practices, such as Pre-Job Hazard Analysis (PJHA), confined spaces, and job task permitting. Trade school certification or degree in a maintenance-related field, or relevant military experience. Experience with precision maintenance, such as laser alignment and/or dial indication.
