In January 2026, Jack Link's assumed full control of our Brazilian partnership, Meat Snack Partners. This strategic move combined our commercial operations across Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Brazil under a single zone. About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to navigate our rapid growth and lead all operational aspects of Link Snacks MASA. Based in Miami and reporting directly to the General Manager MASA, this role is pivotal to ensuring the company's growth and profitability.
You will serve as a strategic thinker and effective leader, working closely with Marketing and Sales to define and implement strategies that align with our mission. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing Supply Chain functions (including Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Co-Packing, and R&D), coordinating Co-Manufacturing, and driving key business processes like S&OP and budgeting. This is a hands-on position in an international, agile, and high-energy environment where you will build relationships with suppliers, authorities, and industry associations to achieve cost and quality targets.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of enabling growth and over 10 years of experience in the FMCG/food industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong external mindset, and the ability to co-guide the company toward long-term profitable growth.
