About the Role

As an Operations Associate I, you will be a key part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that productivity and quality output meet customer satisfaction. You will utilize light tools and equipment according to instructions and specifications from customer drawings and procedures. This role requires a keen eye for detail to complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards required of 5S in your personal work area.

You will be responsible for communicating any concerns or issues arising during the processing of parts to your lead or supervisor. Success in this position involves showing continued improvement in hitting parts per hour goals for your specific station or process step while maintaining a positive working relationship with co-workers and support groups. You will also play an active role in adhering to safety standards and promoting a safe working environment.
