We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Operational Planning Manager to lead and transform our production planning organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing Production Planning, Work Preparation, CNC Programming, and Scheduling functions across our manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence by establishing scalable planning structures, implementing modern manufacturing tools, and fostering a high-performance planning and execution environment. As a highly visible leader, you will align manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and shop floor operations to ensure on-time delivery, optimized capacity utilization, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to build and standardize processes in a growing production environment, directly influencing throughput and delivery performance.

Master's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field with 4+ years relevant experience. Advanced ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar). Experience with digital manufacturing systems and production data analysis. Strong understanding of production KPIs and operational performance management. Experience with aerospace, precision machining, or complex manufacturing environments. Ability to drive organizational change and operational transformation.
