This position offers a unique opportunity to jump-start or advance your career as an Operating Room RN within our Float Pool. You will serve as a versatile professional, contributing your expertise in both circulating and scrub roles to ensure safe and effective nursing care from the start of a procedure until the patient is transferred to recovery.
In this role, you will be the backbone of the surgical suite, overseeing instrument and equipment setup while anticipating the specific needs of surgeons. Your day will involve coordinating room logistics, facilitating efficient transitions between procedures, and managing patient care, including medication administration and anesthesia assistance. You will also be responsible for ensuring chart completeness in accordance with documentation protocols. This position is ideal for a nurse passionate about the patient experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
