About the Role
Jump-start your career as an Operating Room RN Float Pool with North Texas Float Pool. This role is designed for passionate nurses who want to contribute their expertise in circulating or scrub roles within our ambulatory surgery centers. You will be an essential part of the team, ensuring safe and effective nursing care from the moment you begin until your patient is transferred to recovery.
As a member of the Float Pool, you will travel to various locations including Calloway, Ft. Worth, Denton, Alliance, Southlake, and Trinity Park areas. Your day will involve overseeing instrument and equipment setup, anticipating surgeons' needs, and facilitating efficient transitions between surgical procedures. You will coordinate room activities, manage patient care and medications (including anesthesia assistance), and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements
