About the Role
We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse to join our team and demonstrate our core value of "caring like family." In this role, you will be an integral part of our ambulatory surgery center, contributing your expertise in either the circulating or scrub role. Your primary mission is to ensure safe and effective nursing care from the moment you begin your shift until the patient is successfully transferred to recovery.
You will oversee instrument and equipment setup, utilizing preference cards and anticipating surgeons' needs. As the circulator, you will coordinate and oversee the room during cases, facilitating efficient transitions between surgical procedures. Additionally, you will manage patient care and medications, assist with anesthesia, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate in accordance with protocols.
