About the Role
We are seeking an Operating Room Nurse who embodies our core value of "caring like family." In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing your expertise in either the circulating or scrub role to ensure safe and effective nursing care from the start of the procedure until the patient is transferred to recovery.
Your day will involve overseeing instrument and equipment setup, utilizing preference cards, and anticipating surgeon needs. You will coordinate room activities during cases, facilitate efficient transitions between surgical procedures, and manage patient care and medication, including assistance with anesthesia. A key part of your responsibility is ensuring chart completeness in accordance with documentation protocols before and after every procedure.
