The Director of Planning and Scheduling serves as a strategic leader responsible for defining the direction of project planning and execution across the organization. This role exists to integrate project planning with Lean and Innovation objectives, ensuring that standardized frameworks are adopted to support project teams. You will govern policies guiding planning and risk management while partnering with Technical Leaders and operating groups to advance industry practices.
In this position, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of planners, superintendents, foremen, and schedulers. The day-to-day involves developing Planning KPIs, evaluating new processes and technologies, and implementing just-in-time training to foster continuous improvement. You will be expected to document and share best practices, driving a culture of learning and development that inspires others for the common good.
