The School of Nursing invites applications for a full-time Open Rank Non-Tenure Track Clinical Professor and Program Director for the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at our Charlotte, NC campus, with an anticipated start date in July 2026. This role is designed for a dynamic scholar who can lead and collaborate with faculty and researchers across the Bouvé College and the broader Northeastern University system.
As the Program Director, you will oversee the strategic direction of the program, ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory processes while fostering enrollment growth and sustainability across our global university system. You will work closely with Enrollment Management, Global Launch Services, and Student Services to recruit diverse talent, manage academic standing, and facilitate professional licensure. The ideal candidate will be prepared to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, engage in scholarship, and build external relationships with clinical partners, industry leaders, and alumni to inform program development.
