Join Elitek's growing remote diagnostics team and play a key role in helping repair facilities across the country get vehicles safely back on the road. As a Remote Diagnostic Technician, you'll perform advanced vehicle diagnostics, programming, and calibrations — providing clear repair recommendations to our partners.
In this role, you will serve as a primary partner contact within a call center environment, delivering diagnostic and technical subject matter expertise in a customer service-centric manner. Your goal is to provide first-call final resolution to vehicle scans whenever possible, escalating only when necessary, while helping customers complete the process and move vehicles through their repair sequence. You will also educate partners on the importance of diagnostic scans and assist remote technicians with required tests and technical evaluations.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 6 months experience in the automotive industry at an entry-level position

High School Diploma/GED. Understanding of the automotive industry and various manufacturer acronyms and lingo.
