About the Role
As an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (In-Store Grocery Shopper), you will be the face of our e-commerce service, ensuring customers receive the highest quality products with efficiency and care. Your day-to-day involves selecting and gathering products for online orders with a keen eye for freshness and quality, then assembling those orders for pickup.
You will process coupons and payments, scan and bag orders while following strict standards, and communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at the time of pickup. A key part of your role is delivering and loading orders into customers' cars, ensuring accuracy and providing a positive customer service experience that encourages them to return to online shopping. You will also maintain the organization and cleanliness of staging areas, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members.

Requirements
