About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This role exists to ensure that every patient receives safe, accurate, and holistic support throughout their cancer care continuum. You will be the frontline advocate for patients and families, administering chemotherapy and related therapies while managing complex symptoms and monitoring treatment responses.
In this position, you will not only provide direct clinical care but also serve as a vital educator, guiding patients and families through diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. Your work will involve close collaboration with oncologists, pharmacists, and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans that prioritize patient preferences and needs. From managing central lines to responding to oncologic complications, you will play a critical part in maintaining a culture of accountability and teamwork while contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
