About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This role is designed to support patients across the entire cancer care continuum, from diagnosis through palliative and end-of-life care. You will serve as a vital link between patients, families, and the medical team, administering chemotherapy and biotherapy while managing complex treatment regimens and symptoms.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with oncologists, pharmacists, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Your day will involve advocating for patients to ensure culturally sensitive support, managing central lines and IV access, and providing essential education on treatment plans and side-effect management.
