About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Oncology RN to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult oncology patients. In this role, you will administer chemotherapy and biotherapy, monitor treatment responses, manage central lines, and provide critical patient and family education. You will collaborate closely with oncologists and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans while maintaining meticulous documentation.
You will deliver comprehensive oncology nursing care across the cancer care continuum, advocating for patient safety, comfort, and evidence-based practice. From managing central lines and ports with strict infection-control practices to educating families on diagnosis and side-effect management, your work directly impacts patient outcomes nationwide.
