About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Oncology RN to deliver high-quality cancer care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This role exists to support patients across the entire oncology continuum, ensuring they receive safe, evidence-based treatment and compassionate support during their journey.
In this position, you will provide direct patient care, collaborating closely with oncologists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate complex treatment plans. Your day will involve administering chemotherapy and biotherapy, managing symptoms, and performing comprehensive assessments. Beyond clinical duties, you will serve as a vital educator for patients and families, guiding them through diagnoses and treatment options while advocating for their safety, comfort, and dignity.
