About the Role
The Shop Manager role is designed for people persons who are driven and ready to lead. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills within our growing team. While experience is valued, it is not required; we hire experienced managers daily, but we also welcome those with no prior experience to join as an Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training.
You will receive paid training on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location, including changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling air in tires, and performing other light maintenance services. In less than 60 days, you will be accountable for your team's execution of these standards. Our most successful employees include those who joined with no experience, as well as former servers, restaurant workers, mechanics, retail employees, landscapers, and other skilled trade workers.
