About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead the daily operations of a Goodwill retail store and donation center. You will partner with the Store Manager to create a positive, productive environment for both customers and employees. This role is designed for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about retail operations and team development. You will be hands-on, ensuring strong sales performance while mentoring staff and resolving customer needs.
