We are creating two new Scheduling Analyst III positions to support a critical initiative: a comprehensive cleanup of inventory-related transactions in SAP for our Renewables and Heavies divisions. These roles are essential to transitioning our operations toward real-time review and correction of inventory items within the month.
The Renewables team will focus on Renewable Feedstocks, Products, and Sustainable Aviation Products, while the Heavies team will manage Fuel Oil and Feedstocks. As a Scheduling Analyst, you will ensure the volumetric accuracy of scheduled product movements. You will work closely with Schedulers, Accounting, and the Trade Support group throughout the month and during month-end close activities. Your day-to-day involves updating SAP nominations, executing manual accruals, and resolving system or ticketing errors to ensure inventory is accurately reflected in our ERP system (SAP S4).
This is a W2 contract position with a one-year term. The role is based in Houston, TX. During the initial training period, which typically lasts a couple of weeks, the position requires a 5-day onsite schedule. Following training, the contractor is permitted to work one day remotely per week.
Candidates must possess extensive oil and gas experience and the ability to digest large quantities of data using Excel and SAP. The role demands a highly organized professional capable of reviewing and analyzing inventory and trading business transactions.

Experience running financial and inventory reports in SAP. 2 or more years as a scheduler in the oil and gas industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as reading comprehension abilities. Strong organizational skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize demands from multiple departments. Self-motivated, effective team player. Possess a customer service mentality and willingness to address internal client needs. Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
