About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our India team in New Delhi. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, India, this individual contributor role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of our operations. You will serve as a bridge between complex global financial structures and local regulatory requirements, working within a fast-paced investment environment.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure seamless financial reporting. Your work will directly support our mission by maintaining data integrity within our ERP systems and assisting in the implementation of automated financial processes. You will collaborate closely with program teams to track portfolio company performance and financial impact, ensuring that every dollar contributes effectively to our global goals.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedProfessional qualification in Accounting/Finance (CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- verified3-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation
- verifiedProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills
Nice to Have
Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (CA, ACCA, or equivalent). Experience in consulting or financial services MNC.
